Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Returns are also not accepted for sale items or gift cards. Contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return it first. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason. The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
